Night Vision is a perk in Fallout 2.
Effects
The perk reduces darkness and accuracy penalties by 20% and has a single rank, unlike the previous games. The game features the modified FN FAL (Night Sight), which adds this perk as long as it is equipped.

The accuracy bonus in darkness is lost upon reload and is automatically reapplied after reloading the map or one minute spent in an outdoor area. The same situation applies when the perk is selected for the first time.
